We can offer comprehensive internal and external refurbishment services across London and the South East, ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards. Reactive & Planned Maintenance

Working closely with various Property Management companies, we are dedicated to assisting with a wide array of large, one-off projects as well as ongoing minor works that occur regularly. Our primary focus is to support our clients in effectively managing their properties while staying within budgetary constraints, ensuring financial efficiency and satisfaction. In addition to this, we also play a key role in helping to maintain high standards and full compliance with industry regulations. This commitment includes collaborating directly with our clients’ compliance teams, as well as engaging with external consultants to ensure that all practices meet necessary legal and quality standards.

Specialist Cleaning

Working alongside our sister company, Warwick Cleaning, we assist property managers in planning and implementing specialist periodic cleaning for properties across London and the Southeast.

Depending on the needs of the property and budget, these can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, or annually.

Many services are available, including DOFF cleaning, bulky waste removal, carpet and upholstery cleaning, high-level cleaning/dusting, hard floors, cladding and facades, gutter clearance, and kitchen extraction.

Commercial & Project Management

Our dedicated team is readily available to assist clients and other contractors with all aspects of their projects, no matter how large or small they may be. We pride ourselves on being a comprehensive resource for any project-related needs. This support encompasses everything from conducting detailed surveys and managing the tendering process for projects, to overseeing the project from start to full completion. Our capabilities also extend to managing all Health and Safety paperwork meticulously, as well as financial tracking, accurate valuations, and the preparation of O&M Manuals. In addition, we take the burden off our clients by liaising effectively with all key stakeholders and providing regular, informative reports that keep everyone updated on progress. Moreover, we can seamlessly work alongside the existing workforce and senior management teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all parties are aligned on project goals. At the same time, we bring in additional skilled contractors and specialist professionals, when necessary, to enhance the quality and efficiency of the project.
